Another major group checks in with first-quarter revenue numbers. Cumulus Media said net revenues were up 4.4% to $75.3 million compared to the same period last year.
The firm said it was “primarily as a result of organic revenue growth over the company’s existing station platform.” Station operating expenses increased 6%.
Future financials for Cumulus will look different, now that the company has finalized its purchase of the radio broadcasting business of Susquehanna Pfaltzgraff for $1.2 billion.
