Digigram Appoints EtherSound Implementor

Digigram appointed Lab X Technologies in Rochester, N.Y., as the first American Authorized EtherSound Implementor.
The supplier said its partner program lets pro audio manufacturers to bring EtherSound-compliant products faster to the market with lower development investment.
EtherSound is a way of creating real-time audio networks using Ethernet cabling and components.
Implementors have the right to design and customize hardware modules that may be implemented by other EtherSound licensees, and can customize EtherSound reference designs and FPGA firmware for the account of other licensees.
