Broadcast business software developer Efficio Solutions has announced a merger with broadcast sales analysis system developer ShareBuilders.
ShareBuilders Co-Founder Don Locke said, “Efficio’s success and outstanding reputation for integrated CRM and yield technology will only complement our product success, and help us to grow our customer base in the yield market across the broadcast sales industry.
The announcement indicated that there would be no immediate changes. The announcement explained: “Both product lines will continue to evolve and improve in order to meet the needs of customers. … Efficio’s client service, sales and development teams, led by David Einstein and Matt Longhouse, will remain in place, while ShareBuilders’ CEO Erin Koller will continue to lead the management team and operations at ShareBuilders.”
The companies will “explore areas of strategic alignment, creating and developing new industry-leading solutions that are driven from customer feedback and input.”
