Entravision Communications named Eddie Melendez as VP of new business development for its television group. He will be based in Santa Monica, Calif. He is former director of sales for Telemundo/KVEA-KWHY. Entravision is a Spanish-language media company with television, radio, outdoor and publishing operations. It operates a Spanish-language radio network, which serves 25 markets via 54 radio stations.
