FCC Fines Tampa Pirate $10,000

The FCC has issued a $10,000 forfeiture order to Patrick Green for operating a station without a license in Fort Myers, Fla. on 100.5 MHz.
In April, the Tampa field office issued a Notice of Apparent Liability to Green for the same amount. The commission says Green did not respond, so it affirmed the penalty. He has 30 days to pay.
