A Radio World reader says that Bryan Broadcasting’s petition for rulemaking on the subject of all-digital AM is now finally available online. We reported on this petition in late March, when Bryan Broadcasting shared an advanced copy with Radio World.

The item was received at the FCC March 25 and placed on public notice April 11, but if you wanted to read it you could not, because as he diligent reader points out, the petition itself was not actually available until a few days ago. It was posted after an in-person visit to the commission from this very persistent reader, who credits commission staff with apologizing for the oversight.
