Also on the Infinity beat, the big radio group says it has successfully raised its visibility in the ad buying community, something it had never done before, through a campaign that is now in its sixth month.
But the next phase of the marketing effort, which it calls “How Far Will You Go,” includes something new: it will promote the group’s 180 stations through locally customized, 60-second radio spots.
“This marks the first time Infinity will utilize its airwaves to promote the unrivaled reach and efficiency of its stations,” it said in the announcement. The campaign has used print ad buys and outdoor ads.
