LARCAN is promoting compact FM transmitters and exciters, part of its line of exciters and transmitters from 25 watts to 5 kW. Among the transmitters shown at this spring’s conventions were low-power models in 100- and 250-watts, weighing 31 pounds and fitting in two units of rack space. These units are powered on 110 volt AC, 24 volts DC (for the 100-watt model) and 48 volts DC (for the 250-watt model).
