NAB’s chief lobbyist, Jim May, is leaving the association to lead the Air Transport Association as its president and chief executive officer.
NAB President/CEO Eddie Fritts congratulated May.
“Under Jim’s leadership, NAB Government Relations became a catalyst for energizing our grassroots membership, and NAB is regarded as one of the most effective lobbying operations in Washington. Fortunately, Jim leaves the department in excellent shape, with a first-rate team of highly regarded professionals.”
May has been executive vice-president for government relations at NAB for nearly 20 years. He came to NAB from the Grocery Manufacturers of America.
