Omnia One Multicast processors are being used on Minnesota Public Radio and American Public Media webstreams, now including those of FM stations WKCP and WPBI in Florida.
Tom Nelson is new DOE for the broadcast organizations, Omnia noted in its announcement.
Nelson told Omnia that the unit was chosen for its sound, its management of low-bitrate material and its Livewire capability.
