Mathilde Neubauer has retired from AKG after 37 years.

The company’s head of advertising has been there since 1972.

“She helped to develop one of the best-known Austrian brands and to make it even better known worldwide,” the Vienna-based manufacturer stated. “In this effort, she focused primarily on strengthening the position of AKG products in the company’s main markets, the USA, Europe and Asia.”

Vice President of Marketing Alfred Reinprecht thanked her. He takes those duties on effective Aug. 1.
