O’zteleradio Installs SSL Desks

In the first phase of a major modernization project, central Asian public-service broadcaster O’zbekiston Teleradiocompaniysi (O’zteleradio) recently acquired three SL 4000 consoles from Solid State Logic.
The new desks were installed at O’zteleradio radio studios in the Uzbek capital, Tashkent, as part of a major refurbishment of O’zteleradio facilities.
“We will primarily use the new consoles for the recording and mixing of national music programs,” said Komil Redzepov, technical director at O’zteleradio. O’zteleradio produces five national radio services.
During the second stage of the modernization project, O’zteleradio will take delivery of an additional three SL 4000s.
