PTEK is expanding its operations with two new hires. Lyle Garrison joins the company as senior vice president of business development, and Ernie Belanger has been named vice president of sales.
The California-based company is also opening a new office in New York.
Garrison will oversee global marketing, sales, and new business development for the company. He previously represented Broadcast Electronics in the northwest and southcentral regions of the United States; before that he worked for Harris Broadcast in Texas. Garrison also has 20 years of service in the U.S. Air Force.
Ernie Belanger will be tasked with expanding PTEK transmitter sales in the North American, government and military markets. Prior to joining PTEK, Belanger was vice president of sales and marketing at Armstrong Transmitter. He also is chairman of the National Association of Broadcasters Exhibitor Advisory Committee.
PTEK manufactures exciters, transmitters, antennas and related RF gear.
