Telos Teases New Product

Steve Church is being somewhat coy about his company’s latest.
In an e-mailed newsletter, the president of Telos Systems issued a “special note” to customers who are thinking of attending the upcoming NAB show.
“A lot of people have been asking us if we think the show is going to be as big this year as in the past, with everything that is going on in USA and the world. … Not only will we be at the NAB in our usual strong force, but we’ll be introducing a tantalizing new technology and a family of studio gear built around it. People to whom we’ve spilled some beans tell us that this could be the most important development we’ve ever offered to the broadcast biz.”
The company didn’t give details, but we do notice on the NAB Web site that Church is scheduled to give a paper on “Ethernet for Studio Audio Systems.”
