The BBC will partner with Swiss English-language radio station World Radio Switzerland to deliver news to Anglophiles in the Lake Geneva region, according to Genevalunch.com.
WRS will broadcast BBC World Service programming via shortwave; the area no longer has an FM-listening option for English speakers.
The station’s new programming schedule has not yet been released.
