WTMD Employs WideOrbit

Automation and traffic systems are part of buildout

Public station WTMD(FM) in Towson, Md., is using WO Traffic and WO Automation for Radio from WideOrbit.

The systems are part of a new facility for the non-commercial, adult album alternative radio station.

According to a summary from WideOrbit, “At the heart of culture and activity for both the university and the community, the new 8,000-square-foot operation features a live performance space, a community meeting room, a classroom, an electronic, outdoor, scrolling news board and four studios outfitted with cutting-edge technologies.”
