D&R, a manufacturer of radio studio equipment, has introduced its new wireless connecter so reporters can more easily call into the studio while on location.
The GSM Hybrid provides global network coverage of HD Voice balanced audio, echo cancelling and digital EQ. By way of a USB plugin, a user can control the GSM Hybrid through its GSM Hybrid Control application, which features input and output control, settings and a dial pad to make outgoing calls.
The GSM Hybrid comes with its own phone number so reporters can call and the incoming audio can be taken on a connected mixing console with its built-in GPIO’s. The set is included with an external 12 V power supply adapter.
