Engineering, HD Radio Are Part of Job Session

The discussion will be held by the NAB Education Foundation along with the Broadcast Education Association and the Radio-Television News Directors Association.

Also on the panel is Millard James Watkins III, the GM of WHUR(FM) in Washington, who will talk about working with HD Radio.

“Professionals, students and entry-level job seekers will have the opportunity to network with key executives and professionals who work in the radio industry,” NABEF stated. The session is prior to the Career Fair on Friday, Sept. 22 at the Hilton Anatole Hotel.

Also among those to speak at the roundtable are Oscar Joyner, president, Reach Media Inc.; Faith Perkins, VP of human resources, Cox Radio; Bob Morrison, news & sports director for USA Radio Network; Denise Oliver of Mentoring and Inspiring Women and founder of Oliver Media; and Steve Warren, president of Media International.
