BRATISLAVA, Slovakia� Norwegian company Paneda has provided another complete DAB+ head-end system in Slovakia.
The system includes multiplexers and audio encoders and is realized as a cloud DAB solution using no hardware. Earlier this yearwe reportedon a similar cloud-based DAB system that Paneda developed in the Czech Republic.�
The system is now on-air with six DAB+ services in the southwestern region of Slovakia and is also providing partial coverage of the capital city Bratislava.��
Paneda develops and sells DAB related equipment to the international market, has delivered 110 tunnel systems in Norway and also operates its own digital TV network there, with over 200 transmitter sites.
