Northwestern College, based in St. Paul, Minn., is acquiring KLJC(FM) in Kansas City, Mo.
The Kansas City station is currently owned by Calvary Bible College and airs a religious format.
Northwestern College has a strong radio vocation and ministry program and has been expanding its outreach through its Northwestern Media program. Besides the Minneapolis-St. Paul area, Northwestern also has AM and FM stations in Duluth, Minn., Des Moines and Waterloo, Iowa, Fargo, N.D., Sioux Falls, S.D. and Madison, Wis.
