Citadel Communications Chairman, CEO and President Larry Wilson is slated to be this year’s “dis” honored guest at the annual black-tie Bayliss Media Roast.
The event, sponsored by The John Bayliss Broadcast Foundation, will be held Oct. 18 at The Pierre Hotel in New York City.
According to the foundation, The Bayliss Media Roast, now in its 15th year, symbolizes a commitment to charity, friendship and to the broadcast industry’s future. The foundation’s mission is to help finance the university education of radio-career hopefuls. This year, $100,000 in scholarship funding will be given away.
This year’s event will highlight Wilson’s financial expertise in the areas of station acquisitions and mergers.
