4everadio, Scott Locked in $8 Million Suit

4everadio Partners is revamping its business plan after what it says have been technical problems with its automation supplier Scott Studios. The two companies are now involved in an $8 million dollar lawsuit over a compatibility issue.
4everadio is re-packaging its service as a nighttime strip called “Easy Oldies”. It’s also offering an easy-listening jazz service called “Something Cool”. Media Touch will run demos of both at the Nab Radio Show next week.
