Telos Systems has decided that such tenets of Murphy’s Law need not be accepted with its products. Now Telos has instigated a 24/7/365 tech support line for all of its lines product lines. While Axia users have enjoyed such support, Telos and Omnia users now join the club.
Managing Director of Telos Systems Denny Sanders said: “Service and support are paramount to our organization. It was a natural to expand the Axia 24/7 support line to our Telos and Omnia brands as well.”
