Axia won a contract from NewCap Radio in Canada. NewCap is building studios in two new markets using the manufacturer’s IP audio consoles and networking gear.
The sale was made through distributor Pippin Technical Service Ltd. NewCap has installed Axia in 14 additional markets in Canada in the past four years.
Getting new air and production facilities are CFRQ(FM) and CKUL(FM) in Halifax, Nova Scotia, and CHNO(FM) and CIGM in Sudbury, Ontario. Each will have Axia Element 2.0 mixing consoles and Axia Audio Nodes.
