Arbitron Juggles Outdoor

Arbitron said it is realigning its Outdoor Division, which it calls the fastest-growing part of the company. The company said the move would help it to strengthen its customer support, product development and marketing.
Separate executives, reporting to Pierre Bouvard, president of the company’s New Ventures business, will handle marketing and sales functions.
Jacqueline Noel becomes VP of Marketing and Out-of-Home Advertising Agencies; she was vice president of Arbitron Outdoor.
Joan Gerberding, vice president of sales for Arbitron Outdoor, will lead overall sales for the division. Both are based in New York.
In recent weeks, the company also reorganized its U.S. Media Services organization under two executives, both reporting to Owen Charlebois.
