Bott Hits 100

On air since 1962, with same family leadership

Religious broadcaster Bott Radio Network has announced it has reached the century mark with its latest additions.

New are two Missouri translators — K246CA/97.1(FM) in Jefferson City and K263BK/100.5(FM) in Joplin — along with K240EH/95.9(FM) in Pittsburg, Kan. That makes 100 stations in 15 states, according to a release.

The Bott Radio Network had its beginnings with KCCV(AM) in Kansas City, Mo., in 1962, under the guidance of Dick (Richard Sr.) Bott.
