VoodooVox said Jones MediaAmerica was awarded a three-year contract to serve as the In-Call Media sales rep for U.S. broadcasters.
VoodooVox is developer of In-Call Media and operator of the In-Call Network. It said the deal is expected to generate $2.3 million in ad sales and more than $10 million over the three years.
In-Call Media is a process of inserting ad-supported audio content into the call stream of high-call volume companies. CEO J. Scott Hamilton said, “Broadcast media is one of many high-call volume industries that can benefit.”
Gary Schonfeld is president of Jones MediaAmerica; he said In-Call Media is a suitable way for stations to reach calling audiences with targeted marketing messages and ad-supported mobile content like ringtones, games, graphics and music tracks.
