CEA Wants Your Session Ideas

Proposals are being accepted for CES presentations

If you have a good idea involving consumer electronics, this would be a good time to speak up.

The Consumer Electronics Association is inviting proposals for speakers for next winter’s 2011 International CES. The deadline is July 21.

Topics at the show, according to CEA, will include the “connected home,” 3DTV, mobile TV, video calling, convergence, 4G technology, electric cars, apps and “powering up without the wires.”

Speaker proposals are considered based on “industry representation, professionalism, prior public speaking experience and relevance to session topics.”

CEA also is offering an online “Speaker Ready Room” with more info and resources.
