The International Consumer Electronics Show will host the Technology & Engineering Emmy Awards for the first time come January.
The Consumer Electronics Association and the National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences made the announcement recently. The Technology & Engineering Emmy Awards will be CES’s opening evening event on Monday, Jan. 8.
The convention will again be held in Las Vegas. The Technology & Engineering Emmy Awards honor achievements in Science & Technology for Television as well as Advanced Media Technology.
Keynote speakers at this winter’s CES include Bill Gates of Microsoft, Ed Zander of Motorola and Robert Iger of Disney.
