Comrex Seeks Input on New Product Online

“We would love it if your readers would ‘kick it hard’ for the next week.”
That’s an invitation from Comrex to visit its Web site. It wants readers to help it identify any “bugs” by linking to a live STAC system, its new Studio Telephone Access Center product.
“Anyone viewing the page can take control of the STAC. They can put callers on the air, view screening information, put callers back on hold, enter screening information or join a live chat,” the supplier’s Kris Bobo said in an e-mail to Radio World.
“This is the final production version of the STAC software, so we would love it if your readers would ‘kick it hard’ for the next week and see if they can find any bugs before we ship.”
