XM Satellite Radio and Sirius Satellite Radio have asked the FCC to reduce the allowed emissions from an outdoor light bulb to reduce possible interference to their signals, according to a Wall Street Journal report. The newspaper reports that the FCC has spent several months trying to resolve the dispute.
