Could A Light Bulb Snuff Satellite Radio?

XM Satellite Radio and Sirius Satellite Radio have asked the FCC to reduce the allowed emissions from an outdoor light bulb to reduce possible interference to their signals, according to a Wall Street Journal report. Maryland-based Fusion Lighting says that would put the company out of business. The lights in question are currently in beta testing. The newspaper reports that the FCC has spent several months trying to resolve the dispute.
