Eastern Airwaves buys another Carolina translator

Oklahoma State University in Stillwater, Okla., has purchased the construction permit for translator K23CG, licensed to Ponca City, Okla. The seller was E-String Wireless and the price was $45,000. The University operates KOSU(FM)

Curtis Media’s Eastern Airwave operation continues to collect CPs for translators in the Carolinas. The latest acquisition is W235CG, licensed to Wilmington, N.C. The seller was Starboard Media and the price was $10,000.

The broker in both deals was Bob Heymann of Media Service Group.
