Not unexpectedly, shares of Cumulus Media were delisted from the NASDAQ Capital Market this week and debuted on the over-the-counter market Wednesday morning.
The shares have been trading below $1 for a long time. Trading under that threshold for more than 30 consecutive business days can trigger a delisting.
The shares will retain the CMLS ticker symbol.
