Dalet Takes On The News

TeamNews, new from Dalet, is designed to collect, edit and manage digital material and then re-purpose it for distribution to the web and wireless devices.
Editors can create mixed media documents using this windows-based program. Finished stories can contain any combination of digital content – text, emails, audio, graphics, logos and other images, digital photos and video.
Once a document is complete it is placed in a file that allows it to be formatted for publishing to the Web and WAP devices.
The content management side of TeamNews includes wire acquisition, organization of in-house material, archiving, complete editing of text, audio and images (soon to include video editing tools as well) a searchable contact database and database of Web sites.
