Delphi, XM Extend Roady Line With Thin Radio

Delphi and XM are extending their Roady line of satellite radios. They tout the RoadyXT as the smallest, thinnest satellite radio on the market. It weighs just under 3 ounces and is about 6/10ths of an inch deep. The radio has an FM transmitter so it can transmit the XM signal wirelessly.
The unit has customizable sports and stock "tickers." A TuneSelect feature lets listeners know when favorite songs and artists are played on an XM channel. The companies say the design improves on the previous Roady with a brighter display screen and backlit keys for better visibility.
The radio will be in retail stores in late September and retails for around $100.
