Digigram Talks Multichannel

Multichannel broadcasting is on the mind of Digigram at the IBC show in Amsterdam this week.
The company announced what it called a major rollout for the multichannel broadcasting market, with native support of multichannel audio files in its application development environment, several new sound cards and a number of new EtherSound products.
“Digigram can now support traditional multichannel infrastructures based on analog or AES/EBU cabling, or a network-centric approach where audio is distributed over standard Ethernet using EtherSound technology,” the company stated.
