The Neptune central unit from French company ECRESO was developed for use with the company's transmitters. All parameters can be controlled from the same box.
Neptune is Linux-based and uses a graphical interface with color screen to access modules of the transmitters. The system is intuitive; follow the menu and enter the power output level, frequency and alarm thresholds.
Graphical information is available in real time, providing level of power forward, power reverse, VSWR, deviation, right and left. For each module one can check the power, current, voltage and temperature. Configuration is open and the user can add text, menu or a logo to customize the interface.
