Frontier Ships 500,000 Eureka Chips

U.K. semiconductor manufacturer Frontier Silicon has shipped more than half a million units of its Eureka-147 chips.
“Shipping half a million products is an important milestone which we reached in December 2003 – just 18 months since we started shipping products,” said Frontier Silicon CEO Anthony Sethill.
He continued, “We are very excited about our prospects for continued growth. The combination of our good market position and recent funding from Apax Partners and Alta Berkeley – allows us to further strengthen our role in the development of the digital radio market.”
