Vietnam is in the process of boosting its existing FM infrastructure, and to do so it recently acquired five GatesAir Flexiva air-cooled solid-state transmitters.
Voice of Vietnam, the country’s national radio broadcaster, has received two 5 kW and three 10 kW Flexiva models for VOV4, which serves as the broadcaster’s Ethnic Language Channel. The new equipment is turnkey, with installation and commissioning services also included.
In addition, GatesAir is also providing Maxiva transmitters for to support Vietnam’s push for DVB-T2 digital television.
