Golden Reels Celebrate Community Radio

The National Federation of Community Broadcasters announced the opening of its 2004 Community Radio Program Awards, The Golden Reels.
They celebrate “the best of community radio broadcasts and honor station-based and independent productions that exemplify outstanding and creative use of radio.”
Entries are being accepted for the awards, which will be presented at the 29th Annual Community Radio Conference in Albuquerque, N.M., April 21-24, 2004.
Deadline for entries is Nov. 7.
