Robert Hailey has joined Balsys in the position of senior project engineer.
He most recently served as chief engineer for WLCC(AM)/WMGG(AM) in Tampa, Fla. He previously held positions with Brown Engineering and Consulting, Tampa Bay Buccaneers Radio Network and other stations in the Florida market.
