New England Sports Network has upped Michael R. Hall to senior vice president of digital. He most recently served as the VP of digital for NESN, a role he has held since 2008.
He is responsible for several new digital ventures, including the automotive brand NESN Fuel.
Prior to joining NESN, Hall worked as a product manager at the Disney/ABC Television Group, where he led development of ABC.com’s user engagement platform. He also worked at ESPN.com as a senior technical producer, where he led search and content syndication initiatives. Hall has a degree in computer science and electrical engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and an MBA from Cornell University.
NESN is delivered to over 4 million homes throughout the New England region and an additional 5 million homes nationally as NESN National on digital and sports tiers in nearly 100 DMAs.
