Harris to Acquire OSI

Harris also has made a move on the TV business side. The company said it will acquire Optimal Solutions Inc., a provider of airtime sales, traffic and billing software systems.
CEO Howard Lance said, “OSi expands our capabilities in enterprise-wide software for managing and scheduling advertising and programming for broadcasters, and complements the Harris next-generation H-Class platform.” It said OSI has 350 call-letter broadcast users in North America.
