Eric Hoehn, chief engineer for radio at WETA(FM), Washington, D.C. and Radio World contributor, is joining XM Satellite Radio as Manager of the Broadcast Operations Center on July 31. He will report to Tony Masiello, XM’s VP Broadcast Operations.
