iHeartMedia Markets Group Names EVP of Multi-Cultural Marketing

Postell chosen as SVP of sales for iHeartMedia Sacramento

Kelly Kibler

iHeartMedia has named former Executive Vice President of Operations Kelly Kibler for the company’s Texas Major Markets to take on a new role as EVP of Multi-Cultural Marketing for the iHeartMedia Markets Group. The company also chose Ann Postell as senior vice president of sales for the Sacramento cluster of stations.

Kibler will target and communicate to iHeartMedia’s culturally diverse audience, the company says. She will work with EVP of Multi-Cultural Strategy and Sales for the National Sales, Marketing and Partnerships group Liz Blacker, to coordinate and execute multicultural advertising opportunities at the market level, and work with the National Programming Group to develop custom programs utilizing the company’s on-air talent. Kibler will report to EVP of Operations for Major Markets Hartley Adkins.

Kibler has over 20 years’ experience in the broadcast industry, beginning her career in 1991 at Telemundo. In addition, she has led a number of iHeartMedia markets, serving as market president in Las Vegas, San Diego and Dallas before her tenure as EVP of operations.

During the transition, Kibler will continue to oversee the Texas Major Markets.

Postell most recently served as the director of sales for iHeartMedia Sacramento and has experience in local and national sales with both radio and television. Her career includes tenure with CBS, Comcast, Westinghouse and Tribune Media, among others. She also held sales leadership roles in San Francisco, Boston and New York.

Postell will be responsible for managing and overseeing the sales operations. She will work with advertising and marketing partners to create and deliver to reach consumers.

iHeartMedia Sacramento includes KHYL(FM), KFBK(AM/FM), KSTE(AM), KQJK(FM) and KBEB(FM).
