Jack Hoeppner has died.
According to RW’s sister publication Radio magazine, Hoeppner, the national director of engineering at Corus Entertainment in Toronto, died Wednesday after an earlier heart attack.
A post on RadioWest.ca said Hoeppner began his career in Manitoba, building radio stations, and that he worked for TransWorld Radio.
It said he is a recent recipient of the Canada Central Broadcast Engineers (C.C.B.E.) Lifetime Achievement Award.
