KSBC Sale to EMF Closes

Educational Media Foundation adds a Class C1 station in Hot Springs, Ark., to its roster.
It is buying 48 kW station KSBC(FM), a Christian contemporary station at 90.1, from Central Arkansas Christian Broadcasting. EMF has or is buying 90 stations; the seller does not own any others.
The price was $1.2 million, according to broker Patrick Communications.
