The Radio Advertising Bureau has picked motivational speaker Les Brown to keynote the RAB2003 opening address “Achieving at the Next Level.” Brown is expected to focus on how to avoid mediocrity and achieve greatness during his Jan. 31 address in New Orleans.
“This is the kind of real-world advice that everybody can understand and put into practice immediately,” stated RAB Executive Vice President, Training, George Hyde.
Brown is touted as an award-winning speaker; the recipient of the National Speakers Association’s Council of Peers 1989 Award of Excellence. In 1992 he was picked as one of the World’s Top Five Speakers by Toastmasters International and picked up their Golden Gavel Award.
Brown has also authored several books including “Live Your Dreams,” “It’s Not Over Until You Win” and “Up Thoughts for Down Times.”
