Internet radio network Live 365 and Terra.com, the U.S. Hispanic portal of the Terra network of sites, teamed to create an online radio service. Live 365 will syndicate programming through Terra.com. The co-branded music channel makes available to Terra’s users 30 stations featuring Spanish-language music and programming by U.S. and international DJs.
The Live365 network recently made deals with performing rights societies ASCAP, BMI and SESAC that offer discounted Internet licenses to select Live 365 broadcasters, making it legal to stream licensed music through their stations.
