Mackie Turns 15

Loud Technologies recently noted the 15th anniversary of Mackie.
The company is headquartered in Woodinville, Wash.; it threw a party and training event in late September.
Loud Technologies Inc. develops pro audio products under the brands Mackie, EAW, EAW Commercial, TAPCO, SIA Software and Acuma Labs. The company changed its name from Mackie Designs in 2003.
Greg Mackie co-founded Tapco in 1969, offering mixers for rock PA applications. He started Mackie Designs in 1989.
